Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed-shooter arcade game where your goal is to fend off various invading creatures such as centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas with your Bugblaster! Aim to survive as long as possible in this action-packed challenge. Your Bugblaster fires small darts at the segmented centipede, which can be made up of 10 to 12 body parts, including its head. Whenever you hit a segment, it turns into a mushroom, and each piece then moves independently toward you. To eliminate the centipede entirely, you must shoot its head directly. Use your keyboard or mouse to maneuver your blaster and target the advancing enemies.
